Time To Prepare for the inevitable

Last week, I went to a "wellness" session with my gp. I went in feling great and came out feeling shitty. He said I probably had this and that and the "other". So I walk at dust in the desert. there are worse things. It reminds me of snorkeling in Hawaii- the desert plants as though under water.
